Physical Products

At Energy Venture, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a physical product, you may return any unused and unopened item within two weeks (14 days) of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.

To qualify for a return, items must remain in their original, unopened packaging and be in resalable condition. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage incurred during shipping.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@energyventure.ae with your order details and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions and, if necessary, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ensure smooth processing. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed promptly upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), provided all return conditions are met.
